Belgian participants we cordially invite to join us on this virtual AI mission. Please, find detailed information on sector focus, how to register and costs below.

Please note, if you work for a Dutch organisation in the Netherlands or for a Dutch organisation in Belgium, you are considered a Dutch participant! Only participants who work for foreign companies in Belgium, should register as a Belgian participant.

Sector focus

We particularly recommend the participation of public & private sector representatives active in or interested in the following Dutch sectors:

• Smart Buildings/cities
• Smart Health
  
• Autonomous systems (production/logistics)

During this online mission representatives and specialists from the aforementioned sectors will share their knowledge and insights with you.

For Belgian companies

This mission offers the opportunity to learn more about the Dutch aforementioned sectors, to meet new contacts and to explore new business opportunities. The programme of events holds various webinars, discussions and 1:1 matchmaking sessions (For more details, visit Agenda in top bar).

NB. If you were invited to contribute to one of our sessions e.g. as a speaker, we thank you in advance for your presentation. Contributors will also need to register at our platform by clicking the registration button. 

Costs
For Belgian organizations, the participation is free of charge.

For Dutch companies

Costs
Paricipation fee for this virtual mission is € 250 excl. btw per Dutch organisation, with a maximum of 2 participants per organisation. For every third and following participant of said organisation, the fee is € 125 excl. VAT.

If you would like to participate in the tailor made matchmaking, a fee of € 250 excl. btw per Dutch organisation apllies.

Please note that tailor made matchmaking can only be offered to Dutch organizations who register before April 30. A maximum number of participants for tailor made matchmaking applies. 

You always have the option to schedule 1-on-1 appointments at your own initiative via this platform, even if you have not registered for the tailor made matchmaking.
